Returns Please contact me before returning an item. I accept returns on items that are in unwashed and unworn condition. The item must be returned within thirty days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the return was due to a defect in the item itself, I will refund the cost of shipping, only after I have inspected the item and have concluded that the item is in fact defective. Refund will be in the form of a store credit for any instock item. Custom Orders On occasion, I offer custom or semi-custom slots in my in stock store. There will be a $10.00 non-refundable deposit for this slot. After all details are finalized, and before I start your custom order, I will invoice you for the remainder of the balance. I will keep you updated on the progress of your order, and will send you at least one photograph of your item before shipping it out. Longies, shorties, and soakers are all generally finished and ready to ship within 7 -10 business days of the date your balance is paid in full (including time for washing/lanolizing/drying). The length of time required for custom playfood orders will vary, depending on the size of your order. If you would like to contact me directly for custom longies, soakers, shorties, or play food please do not hesitate. I am almost always open for customs - when I am not I will place a note on the site. Custom and semi-custom items are not returnable. |
